Sex drive: SARMs can go both ways. A lot of users report increased libido on cycle—especially with stronger androgens like RAD-140 or YK-11—because you're stimulating androgen receptors. That can temporarily boost sex drive. But if you suppress natural testosterone (which most SARMs do, especially above 4-6 weeks), and don’t manage PCT, you can crash hard after, with low libido, ED, or zero motivation until hormones recover. It’s also individual—some guys feel great on SARMs, others feel off. Bloodwork before, during, and after will show what’s going on (test, LH/FSH, E2, SHBG). Appetite: This is compound-dependent. • LGD-4033 (Ligandrol) and RAD-140 often suppress appetite, especially at higher doses. • MK-677 (technically not a SARM, it’s a GH secretagogue) does the opposite—massive appetite increase. People call it “the munchies in a capsule.” • Ostarine (MK-2866) is pretty neutral for most. So: • Appetite = mostly a side effect, not directly anabolic-related • Libido = tied to hormones.
